  70.   A. ORDER FORM
  71.      Use the number from the LEFT side of the catalog page to identify your
  72.      selection (some of our catalogs have manufacturer's ID numbers on the
  73.      right side of the page; these are not our catalog numbers).  Indicate
  74.      the title or a description of your selection and then the amount.

  76.      Add shipping and handling (see below).  New Jersey residents add 7%
  77.      sales tax.  Total your order on the last line.  Indicate the payment
  78.      method you prefer; Money Order or check.

  80.   B. PAYMENT
  81.      Make all Money Orders and checks payable to NORMAN PRICE.

  83.   C. SHIPPING
  84.      We will ship your order through the U.S Postal Service.  Add shipping
  85.      and handling charges in accordance with the following schedule:

  87.      Audio tapes   $1.00 for the first tape and $0.50 for each additional.

  89.   D. RETURNS
  90.      In general, pre-recorded material cannot be returned.  We inspect each
  91.      package for good condition before shipping, however, if your should
  92.      receive defective merchandise, contact the All Night Book Store,
  93.      either by E-Mail to the MANAGER at the book store or by writing to the
  94.      address on the order form.  We will explain how to procede.

  96.      We do not ship substitutes, if any item you have ordered is no longer
  97.      available, you will receive an immediate refund.
